FICOSA GROUP (See companies of the Ficosa Group), as Data Controller will process your personal data in order to respond and manage the security report/notification submitted in this form and to ensure and demonstrate compliance with applicable legal obligations and security best practices. The legal basis is the consent given by ticking the acceptance box.
The data will also be kept and processed for the purpose of carrying out regular audits of the FICOSA group’s information security and internal systems. These audits will be carried out to identify vulnerabilities, ensure continuous data protection, verify the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures, and guarantee compliance with applicable legal regulations. The legal basis is the legitimate interest, determined by the need to guarantee the integrity, availability and confidentiality of personal and corporate data, preventing risks associated with security breaches and cyber-attacks. In any case, you may object to this processing by following the steps described below (“How to exercise your rights”).
